Our Refund Policy

We will accept the return of goods, and issue a full refund, when:

  1. the goods have demonstrably been damaged prior to transit; or
  2. the goods received are clearly different from those ordered;

and the recipient has notified us of the fact within 24 hours of receipt.

Goods shall not be returned unless and until the customer or recipient has:

  • advised The Quality Bourbon (info@quality-bour bon.com)

and

  • The Whisky Shop has accepted the return of the goods;

in which case only, The Quality Bourbon shall be responsible for the cost of transit by the method specified by us. Refunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the goods. Notwithstanding the above, customers have the right to cancel an order as specified in the Cancellation Section.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, or in instances where the seal is broken, are non-refundable unless faulty.
